Tweet Pals - Learn a second language in 140 characters. New and trendy, this project provides exposure to the second language through correspondence on the social network Twitter.

Treats from the Terroir - Explore Quebec heritage through the powerful cultural symbol of food. Learn about Anglophone food writers and food producers, and produce a book on locally produced food.

Quebec Roots: The Place Where I Live - Five years and counting! Working with a professional writer and a photographer, students produce their own book about the place where they live.
