Neighbours / Voisins is an extracurricular programme aiming to help young people aged 14 to 19 improve their communication skills in a second language through the production of an electronic magazine. Guest experts such as an experienced editor, a photographer, a broadcast journalist or a cartoonist will work with young people in person, through videoconferencing and on an Internet platform. Designed for community groups, Neighbours / Voisins will establish Web hosting in order to make it possible for communities to develop the e-zine further as an ongoing community resource.
