Robert Spickler was born in Montreal in 1945. For over 38 years, he has been a leading actor of the cultural scene.

Robert Spickler has done a little of everything: from theatre to museums, and the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, he is everywhere in Montreal culture.  From the Canada Council for the Arts to senior positions at the International Council of Museums (ICOM), he is both a local and an international figure. Currently director of Les Filles Électriques, author of studies on theatre and forewords for renowned writers, his name is everywhere.
