| Projet interactif de poésie numérique de Johannes Auer, artiste Web allemand. À partir de mots tirés du Château de Kafka, l’œuvre free lutz! génère des phrases aléatoires. Ce texte aux accents Dada sera lu par Mathieu Lippé. Les spectateurs participeront à l'élaboration du texte par le biais des ordinateurs sur place ou en utilisant leurs propres téléphones cellulaires, assistants personnels de poche, etc. Les internautes pourront également co-écrire le texte et suivre la performance grâce à une retransmission en direct (www.freelutz-montreal2009.ca). Cette œuvre interactive permet de réfléchir sur l'évolution de la littérature électronique du premier texte généré sur ordinateur en 1959 par Theo Lutz à la culture numérique contemporaine.

| Interactive digital poetry project with Johannes Auer, German Web artist. Using words taken from Kafka's The Castle, Free Lutz! generates random sentences. The Dada-accented text will be read by Kaie Kellough. The public will participate in creating the text by using onsite computers or their own cell phones, PDAs, etc. Thanks to a live broadcast (http://www.freelutz-montreal2009.ca/), Internet users will also be able to co-write the text and to view the performance. This interactive work allows us to reflect on the first computer-generated literary text in 1959 by Theo Lutz and contemporary digital culture.
